CN Exam
CN I: Olfactory (Deferred)
CN II & III: PERRLA. No afferent pupillary defected noted.
CN III, IV, and VI: EOMI, no nystagmus, no ptosis
CN V: facial sensation to light touch intact and symmetrical
CN VII: eye closure normal bilaterally, wrinkling of forehead is equal on both sides, symmetric smile
CN VIII: Hearing grossly symmetric and intact to finger rub
CN IX: Uvula midline, elevated equally bilaterally
CN XI: normal shoulder shrug strength bilaterally
CN XII: Tongue protrusion was midline, negative pronator drift. Negative finger-to-nose testing.

Eye Opening: (4 eyes w/ glasses)
Verbal: Jackson 5
Motor: 6 cylinder engine

Rheumatic Fever Chorea Arthritis Subcutaneous Nodules Erythema Marginatum Carditis
Peds Cardiac divided into two categories
A) Blocks
B) Wholes
A) Blocks: LV outflow obstruction, AS, Coarctation, hypoplastic left heart –> Lead to SHOCK in 10-14d
B) Wholes: ASD, VSD, PDA –> Pulm HTN in ~21d
