Muscular Endurance
Ability of the muscular system to work effciently, where a muscle can continue contacting over a period of time against a light to moderate fixed work load
Flexibilty
Having an adequate range of motion in all joints of the body
Speed
Speed (m/s) = Distance(m) / Time(s)
Aerobic Endurance
Ability of the cardiorespitory system to work efficiently supplying nutrients and oxygen to working muscles during sustained physical activity
Muscular Strength
The maximum force a muscle or muscle group can generate
Body Compositon
The ratio of fat mass to fat free mass in the body
Types of Speed
Accelerative - Sprints up to 30m
Pure - Sprints up to 60m
Endurance - Sprints with a short recovery period in between
