What is the difference between a physical and non-physical market?
A
A non-physical market can be either online or digital. Where as a physical market when u order something online it will be delivered to you or you can purchase products physically in a shop.

What is the meaning of ordering a product digitally?
A
Its when you order/download something online but never have it physically.
E.g a movie, music.

Why have non-physical markets grown?
A
They have grown due to the convenience they offer.
Examples:
- you can order something anytime of the day
- you are able to compare prices with other businesses with similar products
- no need to travel anywhere
- saves time
