Q

Photosynthesis and it’s reactions (light and dark):

Light enters the _____________ of leaf cells. _____________ in grana captures light energy. The energy is ____________. _________ of the energy ___________ water into ____________ and _____________. __________ is released into the air. ____________ carried to the ____________. _________ enters the leaf. ___________ of the energy is carried to _____________. The ___________ combines ___________ and ______________ to make ______________. _______________ are carried to the _______________.

A

Light enters the (chloroplast) of leaf cells. (Chlorophyll) in grana captures light energy. The energy is (split). (Part) of the energy (spilts) water into (oxygen) and (hydrogen). (Oxygen) is released into the air. (Hydrogen) carried to the (stroma) . (CO2) enters the leaf. (The other part) of the energy is carried to the (stroma). The (stroma) combines (CO2) and (hydrogen) to make (carbohydrates) . (Carbohydrates) are carried to the (plant cells).
