Extreme Close-Up
This aims at creating a stronger a stronger connection to the subject. To easily emphasize the emotion and details of the subject.
Close-Up
This is when a subject is captured from the center its body to its top. The entire body is not completely visible, but close enough to establish a primary connection with the subject.
Medium Shot
This is when a subject is captured from the center its body to its top. The entire body is not completely visible, but close enough to establish a primary connection with the subject.
Medium Shot
This is allowing to see not only the subject but its environment. This shot help to take photographs that establish a subject’s position within the world.
Full Shot or Long Shot
This is when – taking a photograph from a low angle, also known as a ‘worm’s eye view’, makes subjects appear larger than normal.
Low Angle
This is looking at the exact opposite situation, the high angle can be used to make a subject appear small or vulnerable. Commonly known as the ‘bird’s-eye view’.
High Angle
This shot is considered the most natural camera angle.
Eye Level
This is captured above the subject/s, in well spent movies. This shot usually taken from a helicopter or drone, is captured from way up high.
Aerial Shot
The camera is slanted to one side. This shot can create a sense of disorientation, a destabilized mental state, or increase the tension.
Dutch Angle or Dutch Tilt Shot
This angle is also known as worm’s eye view.
Low Angle
This angle is commonly known as the bird’s-eye view.
