Distance from the lens to the focal plane when the lens is focused to infinity

Filter reduces glare off of reflexive surface by not allowing light to enter the lens at harsh angles, also help skies stay blue in photography
Polarizing filter
Lighten their own color and darken their complimentary color

Why do color filters work the way they do?
Absorbs its own color and allows the other colors to pass through
What colors do the come in?
Red green blue orange
Lenses that are threaded to attach to the ca,eras lens, allow you to get physically closer to the subject
Macro or close up filters
What kind of sets for close up filters come in

What do the numbers +1 and +4 signify?
Higher the number the closer you can get to the subject
