name & phone # Patient ID CC HPI w/ pertinent ROS PMH
What are the benefits of on-phone care?
improved continuity of care avoid unnecessary ER visits reduces patient anxiety provides education & healthcare info increases patient satisfaction levels reduces risks from medical complications

call 911

3-5 days old, to check for jaundice

after 2 weeks
should last only 7-10 days
