What is philosophy of science?
Philosophy of science is a branch of philosophy concerned with the foundations, methods, and implications of science. The central questions of this study concern what qualifies as science, the reliability of scientific theories, and the ultimate purpose of science.

What is publication bias?
outcome of an experiment / study influences decision whether to publish
Confirmatory vs exploratory analysis, what is what?
exploratory - not quite sure of what you are doing or expect
confirmatory - rationale and hypotheses are known in advance
Replication crisis
A methodological issue - studies are difficult or impossible to replicate.
