Why is the Christian opinion about marriage outdated?
Procreation doesn’t appeal to people who don’t want kids or homosexuals
The idea of endless could be wrong if the marriage is abusive or unhealthy
Pattern for society has changed, as some people don’t want to get married
Some people aren’t religious so the idea of it being sacred is lost
Why is the dress white in marriage?
Symbolises purity as the bride is a virgin, however in a secular society, the bride is often not a virgin

Non-religious
What do rings symbolise in marriage?
Never-ending love as it is a ring, and made of gold to show the marriage is precious
