- Check for consciousness

- Remove wet clothing and replace with warm clothing
- place plastic bags on top if needed
- resting position

If Drowning:
- 5 breaths to begin with then 30c then 2b
Normal:
- 2b, 30c

Shock
A
Elevate Legs and get the Person to Calm down

Epilepsy
A
Remove sharp objects
Just place a blanket on top of them

- Support the object with bandage
- 8 figure knot

Minor and Large Cuts
A
Minor:
- slight pressure to the wound
- bandage
Major:
- Apply pressure to the wound
- Elevate above the heart if possible

Internal Bleeding
A
Get help and avoid touching the area

Femur Break
A
- CMS
- Basic Knott 2 times
- One above and one bellow the bone
- Pull through and on top of the show
- Pull Downwards and get helper to add tension
- Connect a long stick to the outer leg
- Tie above the hip and the Knott should be on top of the split
- Add tension to the leg
- Tie above and bellow the knee
- Tie both legs together

Traumatic Amptutation
A
- Keep the limp in a plastic bag
2. Put that plastic bag in a bag with ice cubes or water

Lost Tooth
A
- Pick up tooth by the crown
- Rinse the tooth with water, don’t wipe it
- Reposition tooth in socket (only with permanent teeth)
- If difficult to reposition or dirty, put in a plastic bag
