Transform a drug into a more , or less metabolite
What’s is the first pass effect
When the drug reaches the liver the bioavailability is reduced (concentration reduced)
What is drug half-life
The time taken for concentration to be reduced by half
What does elimination mean
Movement of drug metabolites from tissues then to organ excretion
