• Previous known allergy or adverse reaction

Note: Allergy to morphine is not a contraindication to fentanyl administration

  • Use of drugs to treat erectile dysfunction e.g.
    • Sildenafil ‐ Viagra® ‐ within 24 hours
    • Vardenafil ‐ Levitra® ‐ within 24 hours
    • Tadalafil ‐ Cialis® ‐ within 96 hours
