- Fully registered pharmacist holding valid PC and currently practising in Singapore
- Additional postgraduate qualification recognized by PSAB (e.g., PharmD)
- Knowledge in specialized branch of pharmacy (valid specialty certification via board exam 6h recognized by PSAB)
- Full-time residency training 2 years (1 year broad-based in pharmacotherapy - PGY1/R1, 1 year specialty - PGY2/R2)
- Accumulated 1 year specialty practice experience in the 3 years preceding application

- SPC registers the applicant in the Register of Specialists and issues a SPECIALIST CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION in that branch of pharmacy (specialist registration) and PC
