what is the spinothalamic system?

anterolateral system, primarily concerned with sensations of nociception, temp, light/non-discriminative touch

A
dorsal/posterior column system, primarily concerned with sensations of fine/discriminative touch, proprioception, vibration

ganglia of spinal and cranial nerves (DRG)
