Pesent Perfect Tense Flashcards
Spanish speakers use the present perfect tense to describe what has had and what has not happened recently. This is unlike preterite which makes time specific references.
Use the present tense forms of the auxiliary verb Haber (to have) with the past participle of a verb.
He (I have) Has (you have) Ha (ella/el/Ud.) Hemos (we have) Han (Ellos/Ellas/Uds.)
How to form regular past participles:
Add “ado” to the stem of -ar verbs. Add “ido” to the stems of -er and -ir verbs.
