Perspectives Info & Questions Flashcards

Q

How does Perspectives handle private groups ? Put yourself in your prospects’ shoes. Why might this be important? Why not?

A

Private groups can be customized and are made up of one group. Pricing is based on the group’s total traveler count, including the PL, chaperones, and discounted spots. Pricing is available for group sizes starting as low as 15-20, never lower than 10. Travel dates picked as a private tour are guaranteed.

Why it might matter:
With Perspectives, every traveler counts toward your group’s size, which makes it easier to meet and exceed your target pricing tier. Dates that are guaranteed provide comfort regarding potential scheduling conflicts.
