They present by early adulthood.

Cluster B personality traits
Wild Bad, Boderline, flamBoyant, the Best
Antisocial p.d.
Disregards and Violates the rights of others with no remorse.
Criminality and Impulsivity. Bad.
Males more than females. Must be over 18 and have a history of conduct disorder before age 15.
In kids its conduct disorder.
Borderline p.d.
UNSTABLE MOOD and unstable relationships.
Impulsive,
Self mutilation, suicidal.
More common in women.
Splitting is commonly seen.
Treatment Dialectical behavior therapy
Histrionic p.d.
Excessively emotional, FlaBoyant
Needs attention.
Sexually provocative and very concerned with appearance
Narcissistic p.d.
Grandiose and Entitled.
Lacks empathy.
Demands the Best
Reacts to criticism with rage.
Cluster C personality disorders
Worried.
Cowardly,
Obsessive Compulsive
Clingy
Avoidant p.d.
Hypersensitive to rejection.
Desires connections but is way too scared to make them. (as opposed to schizoid)
Obsessive Compulsive p.d.
Very concerned with order and perfectionism.
Ego-Syntonic.
Dependent p.d.
Submissive and clingy
Excessive need to have others take care of them.
Low self confidence.
Patients often end up in abusive relationships.
