3 main reasons
- Want a varied and active job
- A job to be proud of
- To receive world class training and development with state of the art tech

No previous connection to forces
However found RAF myself
really want to join

Yes they also look very interesting
but RAF more progressive technology
opportunities in the RAF suit me better

Outdoors pursuits with my family (Cycling walking)

- look after the dog

- Situation: playing for windermere rugby vs Kendal
- Task: fill in for 15
- Action: I filled in and played well
- Result: won the game, first time in a long time

A time when I have completed a task despite pressure from others
Getting housemates to tidy uni house
- Situation: Living at uni house, near to end of tenancy
- Task: Need to encourage everyone to clean it to get deposits back
- Action: harnessing competitive their natures, created a competition to have cleanest room
- Result: clean house, deposits returned, Deep won and got a free box of beer
A time when you made a difficult decision despite pressure from other people
Denying full refund, round of drinks instead
- Situation: working in brown sugar, table complain, demanding full refund
- Task: resolve the issue keeping customers happy in best interests of the business
- Action: calm them down, notice they have eaten all food, so no refund, supplied round of drinks instead
- Result: Happy customers, small money lost, no bad review on trip advisor
