How was Jesus Son of God
Jesus did miracles and other acts which are written about in the bible, he turned water into wine, fed the 5,000, walked on water and other such things. Jesus also when praying would say ‘father’ or ‘dad’ but would also refer to himself as God.
Jesus also was resurrected and showed his scars to his disciples, this is sort of proof that Jesus was actually divine as he rose from the dead
How was Jesus a teacher of wisdom
Jesus spoke in parables to catch attention, he often challenged other religious teachers and did things which was criticised by others around him.
How was Jesus a liberator
Jesus can be seen as way ahead of his time towards treatments of others.
He healed the woman who was bleeding, someone who was ignored and seen as a lower person
Jesus also taught parables such as the good Samaritan and that one should love thy neighbour rather than ‘an eye for an eye’
Jesus stopped his followers from using violence and he didn’t try to destroy the law but grow onto it
Was Jesus’ relationship with God very special or truly unique
Special, it gave confidence to teach within context of his time, he kept God in the centre of everything
However, there was more to Jesus than this, from his miracles it can be inferred that he was more than another prophet
Did Jesus think he was divine?
Christians believe that Jesus is part of the trinity and therefore knew that he was divine, as he knows God and speaks to him as a son to a father
Jesus knew that he had a mission
