A

Scoliosis to the side of subphrenic abscess .

Due to the inward movt of lower rib cage as the abscess push the hemidiaphragm up into dome of greater curvature.

A

Tillaux’s = MC - Mesenteric cyst [ mesenteritillaux ]

Triad

Soft smooth swelling of umbilicus region
Freely mobile perpendicular to mesentery
Zone of resonance all around
