A

Triceps, anconeus, brachioradialis, supinator, wrist/finger/thumb extensors
Sensory: posterior arm and forearm, radial side of posterior hand

Musculocutaneus Nerve

A

C5-6
Corachobrachialis, biceps, brachialis
Sensory to anterolateral surface of forearm
Injury will cause loss of elbow flexion when supinated, weakened supination

Median Nerve

A

C6-T1
Pronators, wrist and finger flexors on radial side, most thumb muscles
Senosry: palmar aspect of thumb, 2nd, 3rd, and fourth (radial side) fingers
Injury: loss of pronation, thumb opposition/flexion/abduction

Ulnar Nerve

A

C7-T1
Flexor carpi ulnaris, flex digitorum profundus (medial half), Interossei, fourth and fifth lumbricals
Sensory: ulnar side of fourth finger, all fifth finger
Injury: Ulnar deviation, weakended wrist and finger flexion, loss of thumb aduction, loss of most intrinsics (claw hand)

Sciatic Nerve

A

L4-S3
Hamstrings and adductor magnus
Sensory: Thorugh tibial and fibular nerves
Injury: loss of knee flexion, weak hip adduction, loss of all muscles function below the knee

A

Sartorius, quadriceps, illiacus, and pectineus
Sensory: Middle anterior thigh and medial thigh proximal to the knee
Injury: loss in hip flexion and knee extension

A

Gastroc, soleus, plantaris, popliteus, tib post
Sensory: posterior/lateral calf ankle, and heel
Loss of plantarflexion, and supination

A

Sensory: anterior/lateral distal lower leg and ankle and most of teh dorsum of the foot

Deep Fibular Nerve

A

L4-S2
Tib Ant, extensor halicus longus, extensor digitorum longus, fibularis tertius, 1st and2nd dorsal interossei, extensor digitorum brevis, extensor hallicus brevis
Senosry: Web space between the 1st and 2nd toes on teh dorsum of the foot
Injury:Loss of dorsiflexion, and weakness of foot intrinsics
