Large open steel cage with room for the dancers to move in,through and around of.
Captive costume?
Blue and green hooded tops and red and navy blue elasticated trousers. All wear black trainers so that dancers are safe to climb on the structure. Allow ease of movement.

Blue leotards and tights and pointe shoes (female)
Blue unitards and black ballet shoes (male)
Individual items help to differentiate between characters e.g hats, scarves, ties etc
Which scene in the concert is significant and why?
The rain section- the dancers lose individual items of clothing. The lighting changes to a darker blue.
Music slower and sadder. The movement is no longer balletic dance, it is mainly walking through the space in unison.
