Who are interns evaluated by?
- Pathmaker internship management team
- primarily through input from their department coordinator using the responsibilities and skills outlined in the organizational expectations
Explain the Quarterly Engagement Survey
- It’s a confidential survey
- Seeks feedback and personal reflection regarding the experience over the past 3 months
- results distributed w/o names and analyzed by path maker leadership for strengths and weaknesses
What 4 factors show “Good Program Standing”
- Serve a minimum of one shift per week
- receive no more than 2 total corrective action plans on record complete the terms of any active plan
- have access to e mail and meet deadlines
- maintain all performance expectations and valid clearances
Explain the “Internship Evaluation”
At the end of each rotation interns have the opportunity to complete the
Quarterly Engagement Survey

Each rotation interns receive performance feedback through updates by their DC.
Updates include reminders,comments, and feedback from Pathmaker internship leadership and Palomar Heath staff.
