Responsibilities:
- Promote skill development
- Help candidates understand problem solving workflow
- Influence workers to practice good knowledge management and to apply standards for creating and improving knowledge
- Review KCS articles framed by Candidates until they reach next level competency
- Perform internal article validation
- Provide feedback to knowledge workers and management about KCS skill development
- Develop and monitor their own coaching skills through work with head coaches
- Participate in the KCS council
Identify ways to promote and measure the KCS behaviors and collaboration (3 points)
- Link individual goals to organizational goals (help see the bigger picture)
- Look at performance from multiple points of view: customers, employees, the business
- Distinguish leading indicators from lagging indicators
Identify the strengths of radar charts (Technique 7.3)
Good for quick assessment of how a worker is doing in key metrics - both leading and lagging indicators.
Suitable especially for smaller teams.
