rare as site of perforation is anterior, where there are no major arteries

A
omental patch (only for duodenal, not gastric?)

A
FBC, AXR, CT
NEVER endoscope as this will increase risk of major bleed

A
lying very still with shallow respirations, ‘boardlike’ rigidity
