Maslow’s hierarchy

A

Physical need, safety need, social need, esteem need and self-actualisation
Good, manager identify and satisfy.,productivity increase….

Not good, often difficult to identify the level each employee is on and how much of each need has been met.

Money can also satisfy esteem need

Self-actualisation is rarely, if ever, achieved.

Not everyone has the same need as those in maslow hierarchy.
