As you can tell from Greg’s walkthrough, while some of these actions may have been delivered by us, the majority of achievements so far are not a result of the cultural influencers, but many individuals across the department as a whole.

The amount of people involved in making coming to work less of a transactional experience is huge.

In fact, in submitting this slide I knew I would have probably missed someone who, in one way or another, contributed to FCOE Culture.
Run through the examples of who has made the achievements possible?
Our an/avp and VP chairs make the feedback loop Greg spoke about possible, ensuring our voices are heard by the Sanrio leadership team. The social team organise events that are not just fun, but also allow use o connect in a way a DOC review doesn’t. Our CSR team dedicate time to organise events which allow us to give back to the community we are part of and digital champions take on the impossible task of making our technology work!
What is the outro for the section dedicate to AN/AVP, VP etc?
As you can see, all of these people volunteer their own time to add something of value to the FCOE community so we just wanted to acknowledge that this is not just a duo approach, it is very much collective.
