Decreases bc efficacy

Adds to anticoagulant affect (increase bleeding)
Reduces absorption of Vit K
What would you want to tell a PT to do who is taking PCNs?
Eat yogurt
Use 2nd contraceptive
Monitor for allergic reaction (esp 2nd time)
