Once a call is holding in excess of 60 minutes the area Sgt will monitor the call. If the call holds in excess of 90 minutes the Sgt will contact the pr and advice of the extended delay and/or offer offer possible resolutions

The Sgt will advice dispatch of the outcome of the contact with the pr and determine the most appropriate course of action for the call. The Sgt will update via radio MDT or telephone

At 90 minutes unless emergency circumstances exist the Sgt will have an officer sent to the call
