  • Mucosal ulceration; oral involvement in 50-70%
  • Skin blistering - flaccid, easily ruptured vesicles and bullae
  • Lesions are typically painful, but not itchy
  • After crusting –> hyperpigmentation but without scarring
  • +ve Nikolsky’s sign
