●next - Angiography ?bleed from artery or vein (*not sx exploration)
●Prophylactic embolisation of internal iliac arteries

Bleed in urine post trauma abd
Mx - surgical exploration, repair

Bladder/urethra -
a/w pelvic #
Retrograde cystourethrogram
urinary retention - (no foleys … suprapubic aspiration)
