A

females have no inferior vesical artery – replaced by vaginal (which gives off branches to inferior bladder!)
females have a uterine artery which is a homolog of the artery to the vas deferens (ductus)

because the right is constant and usually crosses the external iliac, the left is more medial and crosses common iliac
