- 4 = peak age
- Down syndrome increased risk

- Anemia
- Decreased platelets (petechiae, purpura)
- Bone pain (Limp, decreased walking, irritability)
- Neutropenia (fever & infection)
- Lymphadenopathy
- Hepatosplenomegaly
- Gingival hypertrophy

- CBC- Increased WBC, + blasts in smear
- > 2 cytopenias

- Astrocytoma most common
- Type depends on cell of origin
- 50% in posterior fossa
- 50% supratentorial

- Endocrinopathy
- AM headache, AM vomiting, papilledema
- 6th nerve palsy

- Supraclavicular node
- Mediastinal mass

- Superior mediastinal syndrome- orthopnea, SOB, stridor
- SVC- facial swelling, cyanosis

70% cured, cure rate increases with age
- Relapse in CNS or testes

Bone marrow malignancies, more common in adults
- Congenital risk factors
