Determine if it is primary or secondary.
If its primary and they are below 7, just encourage
If its secondary, then UA for UTI or STI (abuse) and US anatomical defect
If both UA and US is negative, think regression and figure out the stressor and always rule out abuse

What is it really, but we cant call it that and why?
3 components and which one is the big identifier?
These are kids under 18 who have antisocial PD, but we can’t diagnose them with it because they are under 18. So these folks can progress to ASPD.
Fight against peers, destruction, and violate rules (fight authority)
The fight against peers is the big one. Bully, hurt animals, torture/cruel, and force sex.

Get parents to parent better
ODD has defiance towards authority, can be destructive a bit, but does not hurt their friends or others. Not criminals.
