Scapular Dyskinesis
abnormal GH rhythm due to scapular weakness, tightness
Little League Shoulder
salter Harris type 1 fracture of proximal humerus
Multidirectional Instability
secondary to capsule, ligament or muscle injury
Bankart Lesion
Avulsion of anterior inferior GH ligament and labrum
SLAP lesion
superior labrum anterior and posterior lesion due to downward force or fall on lateral shoulder
FOOSH
fall on an outstretched hand, AC joint sprain, proximal humerus fractures
Hill Sach’s Lesion
bony defect on posterior lateral aspect of humeral head, compression fracture, common with FOOSH
