1-Severe allergic reaction ( skin rash + one pf the following:
-Shock (low BP)
Or
-Respiratory symptoms

2-Immunodeficiency ( for specific vaccines) or family hx

3-exogenous steroid related

received blood products, u can give vaccine after receiving the following by passing the following peroid:

-PRBC&raquo_space; 6 months

-IG within 3-11 months

Note**
Measles can be given immunity after Blood Transfusion only in case of measles epidemic!

-Toxic shock syndrome
- Reye’s syndrome ( pt who take aspirin during chickenpox)
Hepatic/cerebral edema !
