Q

GIVE EXAMPLES WHERE WOMEN RECORDS STARTED TO GET BETTER THAN MEN’S.

A

The swimming records set by Mark Spitz in 1968 were broken by women ten years later. This narrowing of differences is particularly true in endurance events such as long-distance swimming, running and cycling. Women are achieving these performances in events such as marathon running because they burn body fats more efficiently than men. In Cross Channel swimming women have an advantage with their more extensive covering of fat as it assists in sustaining body temperature, and it maintains a good body position.
