Hiking
A recreational activiy where one has to spend anday or more living in a tent or camp, usually away from home.
Camping

- Lay a tarp
- Lay out and account all components
- Lay tent onto your tarp
- Connect tent poles
- Insert tent poles into corresponding flaps
- Raise tent
- Stake tent to ground
- Add a rain fly
An ourdoor acitivity that requires special equipment, can be used for downhill, cross country, and track racing. This also helps with improving endurance.
Biking
An outdoor activity that involvrs navigation skills with a use of map and compass to select routes and travel through an unfamiliar course

- Dont hike alone
- Let others know your whereabouts and day of return
- Walk on marked trails
- Carry rain gear and turn back when weather is bad
- Dress according to the weather condition and place of activity
- Carry enough water
- Bring a phone for location details and keep communication lines open

- If lost, stay put in the safest area possible
- Create a shelter as temporary camp
- Stay dry and warm
- Be alert and make yourself visible
