Additonal function of BLEED on MAX vs NG
Incorrect bleed config 45 sec after flap retraction in the air - either bleed switched on extinguishes both lights
Both PACK lights illuminated on MAX
Incorrect pack config 45 sec after flap retraction in the air - either pack switched on extinguishes both lights
MAX COWL VALVE and ENG ANTI-ICE lights
COWL VALVE: momentary-valve in transit. Steady-position disagree with related ENG ANTI-ICE switch
ENG ANTI-ICE: System inhibited due to system failure or core anti-ice valve fails closed
Arming VNAV on ground criteria
Flight plan, PWB, FD’s on
Alt Intervention in VNAV Cruise
If higher altitude in MCP than FMC then FMC cruise alt will be reset to MCP alt.
If lower alt in MCP but at or above any descent constraint it will initiate CRZ DES at 1000fpm to new CRZ alt and will recruise the vnav page if aircraft is more that 50nm from TD. — IF less than 50nm from TD, early descent mode is engaged.
If more than 50nm to TD with MCP alt set below descent constraint, descent at 1000fpm will engage till capturing descent path or MCP alt is captured
TO/GA FD commands on takeoff
<60kts 10* nose down
>60kts 15* nose up
After takeoff 15* nose up till sufficient climb rate established then commands MCP+20
TR Unit light
Any TR on the ground, or TR 1 or 2 and 3 in the air
STBY power off light
Loss of power to: AC or DC stby bus or Batt bus
IF all power is lost
Stby switch in auto: battery powers the AC stby bus via STATIC INVERTER. DC stby, battery, and hot battery and switched hot battery are powered directly by the battery.
Functionality retained on CA Inboard/outboard DU, Clocks, CA EFIS panel, Stby flight display, magnetic compass
REVERSER LIMITED on MAX
on ground: fault
in air: fault, will not deploy or will be limited to idle
Engine overheat/fire detection and supression powered by
Battery bus and hot battery bus respectively
What will spoilers do if Speed Brake is in DOWN on landing
Auto speed brake system: when main wheels >60kts, both thrust levers idle, reversers are deployed

Landing: 700 vREF+15
800/MAX vREF+20
IAS disagree
