- Written Communication
This includes face-to-face conversations, phone calls, and speeches.
Oral Communication
This encompasses emails, reports, letters, and text messages.
Written Communication
transmitting data without the use of words
Non-Verbal
Gestures, posture, and facial expressions can significantly alter the meaning of a spoken message

- Evaluative Communication (Expressing Opinions)
- Gut- Level Communication
- Peak Communication
The deepest level of communication, where individuals share their deepest thoughts, values, and emotions.
Peak Communication
- Sharing feelings and emotions
- Involves vulnerabilities and personal experiences
Gut- Level Communication
Goes beyond facts by including personal opinions,

Involves sharing objective information, facts, or observations without personal involvement.
