I: Iliotibial tract of the tensor fascia lata and gluteal tuberosity of femur.
Gluteus Maximus
A + N
N: Inferior Gluteal nerve
A: Extends and laterally rotates the hip joint. Helps to stabilize knee joint in extension. Assists in AB/ADduction of hip.

O + I
O: external surface of ilium between iliac crest and posterior gluteal line dorsally and the anterior gluteal line.
I: oblique ridge on lateral surface of greater trochanter of femur.
Gluteus Medius
A + N
A: abduction of hip joint and medial rotation. May assist in flexion of the hip joint.
N: Superior Gluteal nerve.
Gluteus Minimus
O + I
O: Ilium between anterior and inferior gluteal lines. Margin of greater sciatic notch.
I: Anterior border of greater trochanter and hip joint capsule.
Gluteus Minimus
A + N
A: Abducts and medially rotates
N: Superior Gluteal Nerve
Iliacus
O + I
O: superior 2/3 of iliac fossa, internal lip of the ilia crest, ala of sacrum.
I: Tendon of Psoas major and just distal to the lesser trochanter.
