Unable to break:
“Break point straight through”
Perch point radio call at the correct position

Extended perch point radio call

Perching at the correct point but unable to make the call on time:

When do you add fuel to your radio call?
Add fuel to the 2nd to last call in the pattern to indicate a full stop
When can you add fuel to a closed request?
Only in an attempt to avoid a potential minimum fuel situation
Requesting closed with runway 18 departure:
“Call sign request closed, tally”
