What do you look at in posture examination?
cervical & thoracic alignment, upper extremity symmetry, muscular imbalance, umbilical alignment, sternum alignment, tragus aligned with acromion, iliac crest height
ROM tests for cervical spine
flexion, extension, side bending, & rotation
shoulder ROM tests
flexion, extension, scaption, abductiom, Functional internal rotation, functional external rotation
