Head and Face
Palpate Gently, DCAP-BTLS, PERL, battle signs around eyes, Stability/STI, Mouth - teeth and blood, Nose - alignment, flaring, blood, CSF, Ears - CSF, battle signs
Neck
Gently Palpate, DCAP-BTLS, Step Off, Sub-cutaneous emphysema, JVD, Trachial Deviation, Stoma, Medical ID Tag
Abdomin/Pelvis
Palpate, DCAP-BTLS, look for wounds (entrance/exit), bleeding, STI
Abdomin - rigidity, guarding, Distention, evisiceration,
Pelvis - stability, incontenence, priapism, vaginal discharge
Extremities
Palpate, DCAP-BLTS, inspect, assess motor skills, distal and circulation (pulse, cap refills)
Back and Buttocks
Gently Palpate, DCAP-BLTS, entrance and exit wounds, deformities
