Renal size increases by 3 cm
Dilatation of renal caliyces left more than right
Plasma flow reaches max in second trimester, then falls to about 50% ABOVE non pregnancy levels
GFR increases so U&E reduce
Proteinuria is common but should not exceed 300 mg/ 24 hrs
