- no SLR or bridging
- no exercise for 6-8 in more severe cases

A
- no open chain knee extension from 60° of flexion to 0 extension (TKE)
- keep closed chain exercises to <60° of flexion
(no deep squats) - no rotational activities

A
- no open chain knee flexion up to 12 weeks
- passive knee flexion only for 4-6 weeks post op
