- Functional activities reproduce symptoms (squat, steps)
- Atrophy: gluteals, quads, hamstrings

A
Rule in (concordant pain): - Patella
Rule out:
- ITB (LFC)
- Patella Tendon
- Infrapatella fat pad
- Tibia and Femoral Condyles
- (OA) + Tibiofemoral joint line (meniscus)
Non-concordant sensitivity:
- Quadriceps
- Hamstrings
- Gluteals
- lumbar spine

- PT Isometric Loading test
- Hip FADIR test
- Lumbar Quadrant
