Concordant pain:
- Gluteal tendon

Non-concordant sensitivity:

  • gluteals
  • lumbar spine
  • entire lower limb

A

Rule in:

  • Isometric Hip Abduction
  • External de-rotation test

Rule out:

  • Hip IROP test: clear
  • Lumbar Quadrant: Clear
