Trauma, laceration, supra-physiological forces

A
Lamenes, pain, swelling, patellar displacement
Patella alta (prox)
Patella baja (dist)

Treatment?
A
if 1st or 2nd degree -> conservative
3rd: surgery
Sx: Locking loop, polley, modified double Bunnel-Meyer
Need internal fix or exfix whilst healing
