38 year old woman with 2/7 Hx of abdo pain and vomiting. Epigastric tenderness and very high serum amylase. Persistently hypoxic and deteriorating rapidly with pulmonary oedema. PaO2 of 5.1 kPa despite 60% O2. Low albumin.
